About The Position
As the Upstream Workstream Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving the successful transfer and integration of upstream processes into our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Leading a cross-functional technical team composed of subject matter experts (SMEs) from various disciplines, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring all facets of upstream processing achieve optimum execution according to plans. Your responsibilities include representing the upstream workstream in core Tech Transfer teams, leading and facilitating meetings with both internal stakeholders and customers, planning team deliverables, crafting and ensuring adherence to timelines, overseeing document creation and progress, and managing risks to uphold project integrity and success.

Required Qualifications
- Strong customer acumen with excellent customer relations skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective team management
- Background in mammalian cell cultivation and large-scale upstream process transfers
- Independent working style with prowess in leading cross-functional groups
- Proficiency in both technical insight and project management
- Skilled at using project planning software tools
- MS with 7 years’ experience or BA/BS with 9+ years relevant experience in the Biotech / Biopharma industry
- Experience in biopharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Ability to manage complex projects with agility in dynamic environments
- Expertise in digital tools that enhance project efficiency
