Job Description

We are looking for the strong Business Process Lead Manager to lead the process for Source to Order and Supplier Management and to develop and manage Source to Order and Supplier Information Management processes.


Core Responsibilities



  • Design, optimize, and automate source-to-order and supplier management processes within the scope of indirect procurement.
  • Advocate for an end-to-end approach
  • Participate in projects and workgroups, collaborating with Global Process Owner, IT, Procurement, and Shared Service Centers
  • Contribute to building the strategy and roadmaps for Source to Pay and Supplier Information Management
  • Lead collaboration among subject matter experts and other business collaborators through process governance setup, system knowledge, and change management focus

Business Processes & Information (BPI) is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance & HR processes, as well as process expertise and interaction on finance, controlling, and business & tax processes. Our mission is to develop and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with digital solutions. You will be based in Billund and join a distributed team of more than 70 dedicated colleagues.

Do you have, what it takes?



  • 5+ years of experience with process design, leadership, optimization, and management of Indirect Procurement and Supplier Information Management processes
  • A high level of continuous improvement skills
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts globally to reach agreement on changes without direct reporting lines
  • Experience applying process mining tools and analysis to support process optimization and improvements.
  • Demonstrated structured continuous improvement approach and the ability to prioritize your time
  • Previous experience working with indirect procurement applications such as SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or others (SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) would be an asset)
  • Experience in indirect procurement processes is required.
  • Knowledge of direct procurement would be an asset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15 days a year
