Your profile
This is not a tech role. It’s a role for someone who:
- Thinks commercially – understands client needs, can shape offers, close deals, build relationships
- Acts practically – sets up and refines AI assistants, uses LLMs effectively, knows their way around prompt engineering
- Communicates clearly – translates between business and AI
- Thrives in ambiguity – you're self-driven, curious, and execution-focused
What you bring
- Strong interest in how LLMs and GenAI can create business value
- Hands-on ability to design and deploy AI workflows (e.g. ChatGPT, PrivateGPT, Grace AI, Claude, RAG, GPTs)
- Experience with B2B clients
- Bachelor or candidate / MBA
- Experience within professional services is a big plus
- Working in a consulting role is a big plus
- Strategic mindset – and eagerness to build from the ground up
- Danish speaker (or Nordic) + English
- Co-founder equity & decision-making power
- A platform with clients, traction, and clear positioning
- A hybrid of consulting, product-building, and transformation work
- The freedom to help shape both company and culture
