Then come join our team that enables the agency through cost management of pour project portfolio as well as relevant operations support.
Please note the work location is Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.
Core Responsibilities
Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is the internal Advertising Agency of the LEGO Group. OLA consists of approx. 500 employees located across Denmark, USA, UK, China and Singapore.
OLA is a full-service agency servicing the internal business partners in the LEGO Company with all sorts of communication solutions. Our work spans broadly from communication strategies and concepts to development of design and visual identity, packaging, product, and campaign related assets of all kinds.
Our purpose in Project Portfolio Planning & Resourcing is cost and resource management, portfolio and traffic management. Our LEGO Agency offers a unique opportunity for one who wants to be part of the Cost Management team.

- Periodic conciliations to ensure data quality and reliability
- Reporting and validation
- Year-end and preparation for 2026
- Collaboration with Finance team
- Updating actuals and commitment
- Cost tracking
- General cost management maintenance

Do you have what it takes?
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field like economics, finance, or other relevant studies at a Danish University or Business School
- An experienced user of the Microsoft Office package
- Communicating effectively in English, and working systematically and thoroughly
- Stakeholders management
- Capacity of working in fast speed environment
- Financial understanding
- Basic knowledge of digital tools, e.g. Miro, Teams
- Regular MS office skills
- Workfront and SAP knowledge would be an advantage
