Core Responsibilities



  • Developing great packaging layout and artwork that brings the LEGO products to life on shelf in close collaboration with our Marketing Leads and the internal LEGO creative agency
  • Developing fantastic source copy – ensuring that we tell compelling stories and addresses our shopper needs online through strong global text copy anchored in the franchises and concepts
  • Create inspiring material for global selling in, making sure novelty portfolio looks compelling and adheres to confidentiality guidelines
  • Work with key Intellectual Property partners to ensure we have a smooth and optimized process in the ongoing dialogue around marketing and communication asset development
  • Be a sparring partner to Marketing Leads in concept development and GTM planning

You will join the Extended Line team who develops an outstanding product and experience portfolio for our LEGO Branded Channels. The team plays a vital part in The LEGO Group Channel Differentiation Strategy and the ambition to make our Branded Channels the lighthouse of the LEGO Brand.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Previous experience as marketing coordinator working with marketing asset development, packaging and/or product development
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel
  • Structured way of working to ensure deadlines are met
  • Have the drive, analytical skills and personal impact to ensure that you always deliver both when working in teams and independently
  • Exposure to working in matrix organization and international environment
  • Comfortable in a changing environment with great attention to details
  • Confident problem solver with an appetite to learn and acquire knowledge
  • Proficiency in English written, verbal and presentation
