We're looking for a Senior Technician to support antibody discovery and development with strong skills in molecular biology, protein expression, and workflow optimization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cloning and repertoire generation (molecular biology techniques)
• Recombinant protein expression in mammalian cells
• Small-scale, semi-automated protein purification
• Cell culture maintenance for screening & transfection
• Continuous improvement of lab workflows
• Accurate documentation in electronic lab notebooks

What You Bring

• Laboratory technician education (or similar qualification)
• 6+ years in biotech/pharma R&D
• Proficiency in molecular biology and protein expression
• Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive team player
• Experience with the use of robots and automation equipment
• Experience with data management systems and data registration
