Do you want to shape a function that connects Sales and Delivery in our growing datacenter business?
We are now hiring a Head of Solution Support to take ownership of this key function. You will lead a small team, define roles and responsibilities, and serve as the link between Sales and Delivery. Your focus will be on early involvement, clear alignment, and solutions we can deliver. You’ll report to the Senior Director of Site Operations and be part of the leadership team.
At GlobalConnect, Site Operations handles the daily operations and transformation of datacenter sites, co-location facilities and Points of Presence (PoPs) across the Nordics and northern Germany. Demand is growing, and we are expanding our infrastructure through both near-term solutions and major build-out projects.
Strategic Leadership
You will build and formalize the Solution Support function within Site Operations. The role is key to align sales with delivery across our datacenter operations and ensuring consistency for both Carrier and B2B customers. It also plays an active role in the integration of Site Operations into a unified Plan-Build-Run model.
The team exists, but the function is not yet fully formed. Your role is to shape a group of individuals into a cohesive, structured team with a clear purpose.
You will oversee vendors, services, and internal handovers to ensure smooth delivery of datacenter solutions.

- Formalize the function’s scope within Site Operations
- Set up clear processes for early delivery involvement and solution signoff
- Align solution offerings with datacenter infrastructure including capacity and operational capabilities
- Standardize product descriptions and documentation across Nordic markets
- Drive the function’s role in the ongoing organizational transformation, including how we support internal tools like the customer portal

- Lead a team of 4+ people working with sales support, product coordination and contract administration, and eventually expanding the team to provide pan Nordic support.
- Define how the team operates within Site Operations & connect the team’s work to business goals.
- Take an active role in customer cases and delivery projects when needed
You will oversee vendors, services, and internal handovers to ensure smooth delivery of datacenter solutions.
- Leverage potential in Remote Hands and Cross Connect products to increase revenue
- Align vendor and supplier setup with Procurement and Contract Management and invoicing with Finance
- Manage onboarding of customer solutions and recurring services
- Relevant Leadership experience in infrastructure or datacenter services in the IT & telecom sector
- Experience orchestrating solution design, presales involvement and delivery handover
- Proven experience leading teams or functions in a technical or operational setting
- Fluency in English. Nordic language skills are a plus
