What You’ll Do
- Manage & nurture an existing portfolio – develop strong relationships, drive retention, and maximize growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Be a trusted advisor – understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure long-term success.
- Identify & convert new opportunities – proactively seek ways to expand the portfolio with new business.
- Deliver outstanding customer service – act as the main point of contact for your clients, providing expert support.
- Achieve growth targets – meet sales and activity KPIs, using a structured, consultative approach.
- Maintain CRM excellence – ensure accurate customer records and insights to drive data-led decisions.
- B2B sales or account management experience – ideally in SaaS, tech, or service-led industries.
- Strong relationship builder – skilled at nurturing existing customers and identifying growth opportunities.
- Resilient & commercially driven – motivated to exceed goals and deliver results.
- Excellent communication skills – confident, engaging, and able to adapt to different clients.
- Fluent in Danish & English – language skills will be tested during the recruitment process.
