Customer Resolution Specialist (H/F) - SATAIR A/S

Job Description: LOOK HERE, We are ramping up in our Customer Resolution Services teamWould you like to make a difference to our customers within an exciting international context?We are looking for new colleagues to join our high-performing Customer Resolution team in Kastrup, Denmark! The job consists of: You will work as single point of contact for a predefined group of customers and your main tasks will be to ensure excellent customer service by:

• Processing requests received by e-mails and phone
• Following up on orders to ensure KPI’s such as delivery on time and customer satisfaction
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Acting as the global contact on a daily basis to supply management, warehouse, shipping, sales, product management, accounting etc.
• Acting as back-up for your colleagues when needed
• Working together with stakeholders to meet the target dates
• Alignment meetings with internal stakeholders and customers when needed

You will join our team in Kastrup, Denmark, that supports customers in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). The group is part of a larger group of teams spread across Europe, Asia and the US. Our telephones are manned from 8.00 to 17.00 on a rotation schedule. We offer flexible working hours and allow 2 working from home days per week after the onboarding is completed (usually after 2-3 months). We expect our new team member to be:

• A proactive team player who has a structured approach to work and solving especially complex tasks.
• Motivated by having many touchpoints and ensuring cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work within a multicultural environment.
• Service-minded, conscientious, flexible and able to understand customers' needs.
• Excellent in both written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to stay composed in all situations.
• Demonstrates responsiveness, ownership, accuracy, and integrity in all transactions.
• Not afraid of speaking up and having an open mindset.
• Previous experience working in the aviation industry and having a technical background would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Having experience working with SAP (ERP) and Fresh Desk would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
