Digital Marketing Internship at Purpose-Driven Startup

Are you curious about digital marketing and eager to make a meaningful contribution? LikeMinded is a fast-growing startup supporting independent gourmet, flower, wine, beauty, fashion and pet stores. We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Intern who's passionate about social media content, finds collaborating with influencers interesting, and is excited to create scroll-stopping posts that build a buzz-worthy online community. Primary Responsibilities

• Lead our social media presence by dreaming up and sharing engaging content for Facebook, Instagram and potentially TikTok, that sparks conversation and grows our following - with a high degree of creative freedom
• Partner with influencers: identify, reach out and coordinate fun, authentic collaborations that showcase LikeMinded’s spirit
• Create exciting email newsletters via Klaviyo to keep our community in the loop, inspired and eager to engage
• Write blog posts and website stories that highlight LikeMinded’s mission, share tips or tell behind-the-scenes tales that resonate with readers
• Dive into simple SEO tasks: pick keywords and make small tweaks so more people find our content organically
• Keep conversations going: respond to comments, start discussions and learn from our audience so we can keep improving
• Work closely with the co-founders (including our Chief Commercial Officer) to ensure every piece of content reflects our brand voice and growth goals
• Pitch ideas for partnerships, pop-up events or offline happenings to bring LikeMinded’s community together in person
• Potential involvement in sales, customer success, and offline marketing activities depending on your interests and business needs
  
  

Skills And Qualities We're Looking For

• Fluency in Danish and English, with a knack for writing clear, friendly content in Danish and communicating naturally in both languages
• A strong feel for social media trends, with experience creating viral or highly engaging Instagram, Facebook and potentially TikTok content (bonus if you’ve managed your own account or worked with influencer campaigns)
• Confidence planning and sending email newsletters; bonus points for any experience with Klaviyo or similar tools, but enthusiasm matters most
• A creative storyteller: you love writing blog posts and fun social captions that keep people reading and coming back for more
• Interest in growing our audience: you’re open to learning how small tweaks can help our content reach more eyes
• A community builder: you enjoy connecting with followers, answering questions and sparking genuine interactions
• A self-starter attitude and a willingness to pitch ideas: if you see an opportunity, you jump on it and make it happen
• Comfort using simple analytics (open rates, likes, comments) to learn what works and refine your next move
• Able to shoot and edit video content yourself

Additional Information

• This is an unpaid internship
• Duration and start date will be agreed upon together
• Our office is at Islands Brygge (Njalsgade 76, 2300 Copenhagen S). We ask that you come in at least one day per week and can work from home for the rest of the time
• You’re responsible for using your own PC or Mac, as we don’t supply computers
