At Neurons, we’re revolutionizing how brands connect with people - combining AI and neuroscience to predict consumer responses in seconds. Our tech is already powering decision-making for some of the world’s leading brands, and we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Copenhagen team and play a key role in driving smart, scalable growth. This role sits at the intersection of RevOps and BI, offering the chance to build impactful processes, optimize performance across teams, and guide strategic decisions through data. You’ll be part of a diverse, fast-growing team, with room to grow - this role comes with a steep learning curve and the opportunity to step into a future people management position.

If you’re excited about cutting-edge innovation and want your work to make a real impact, Neurons is the place for you.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to support strategy execution - especially around customer retention.
  • Design and optimize scalable processes across the full customer lifecycle, including lead generation, pipeline management, onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
  • Empower revenue teams with the right tools, data, and streamlined processes to boost performance and productivity.
  • Support forecasting and planning efforts, including sales forecasts, territory strategy, and quota management.
  • Own and manage the CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce), ensuring it supports scalable, efficient processes across the revenue org.

What we're looking for:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience (or 3-5 years for a Senior role) in Operations, Management Consulting, Sales Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Direct, hands-on experience owning and administering a CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders across teams without direct authority.
  • Comfortable with basic statistics and using data to inform decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis
  • Exposure to applied LLMs (e.g., Clay or similar tools)
