Job Responsibilities
Role
In this role, you will be at the heart of our commercial strategy – identifying opportunities, creating value, and helping us grow smarter and faster:

• Lead business development activities in key markets – including scaling the renovation opportunity in Germany, expanding in France, and entering the Dutch market.
• Explore growth through OEM channels and evaluate new partnership opportunities.
• Take full ownership of the global launch of our next-gen EvoFlat 4.0 PRO – from value proposition and go-to-market strategy to demand planning and performance tracking.
• Strengthen our pricing excellence by rolling out the SPG tool, managing price approvals, and applying value-based pricing models for new products.
• Team up with Technical Product Managers to build strong business cases and support wider commercial initiatives.
  
  

Background & Skills
You have a university degree and track record in business development, strategic pricing and/or product launches.

You combine analytical strength and project leadership with the ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in a global matrix setup.

Fluency in English is essential – and if you also speak German, even better.
