Core Responsibilities
As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will be building product visions and roadmaps, ensuring the delivery of key digital capabilities and services that support the Moulding and Moulding R&D domain. In close collaboration with engineering, digital designers and overall Product Management, you will ensure digital solutions are supporting business development in the Moulding area within the LEGO Group. You will be part of the Digital Product Team of Moulding, within the Operations Transformation organisation. This highly collaborative team of Product Managers, Engineers, and Architects is driving the digital evolution of LEGO's Moulding capabilities – one of the most advanced plastic part production setups in the world.

- In close collaboration with overall product management, define and evolve product strategy and roadmap for digital products and platforms supporting Moulding and Moulding R&D initiatives.
- Ensure clear translation of product strategy to product team.
- Work closely with solution and domain architects to ensure alignment with overall technical architecture, business needs and best practices.
- Translate complex technical needs into clear product capabilities and epics that engineering teams can deliver against.
- Lead discovery, scoping, and prioritization of platform features, API capabilities, data integration services, and tooling needs.
- Collaborate across multiple domains.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align digital capabilities with operational and strategic needs.
- Monitor technical product performance and stability using telemetry, analytics, and feedback loops.
- Maintain a forward-looking product backlog that balances feature delivery with technical debt and innovation.

- 3+ years of experience in technical product management, platform product ownership, or from related roles.
- A solid understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, and data-driven platforms.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and architects in an agile setting.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-relevant value propositions.
- Experience with manufacturing systems, industrial IoT, or R&D domains is a strong plus.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage a diverse group of technical and non-technical collaborators.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively and deliver iteratively with a focus on impact.
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus).
- Willingness to travel 10–20 days per year.
