Job Description
Join our vibrant Skills Teams! We’re looking for three enthusiastic student workers to join our teams in Sales, Digital, and Marketing & Design, where we are dedicated to empowering our colleagues to grow their skills.
As a Student Worker, you’ll have the chance to bring your innovative ideas and collaborative spirit to our teams. Your role will focus on enhancing our projects and daily operations with fresh perspectives while assisting with various tasks that keep our teams thriving.
Core responsibilities

Core responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations Support the team with various administrative tasks, including planning, communication, and logistics for courses/programs (course setup, tracking, and measuring).
- Project support Collaborate with our teams on new learning program development and help build and execute communication plans.
- Reporting and evaluation Collect and analyse reports on program satisfaction and impact to ensure continuous improvement.
- Technical proficiency Familiarity with SharePoint and Workday, as well as proficiency in video and podcast development, would be a plus.
- Share fresh ideas Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to improve projects and streamline operations.
- You must be enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a Student Worker.
- Your field of study should be relevant to one of our Skills Teams, such as Marketing, Design, Digital/IT, Communications, Business Administration, or other related topics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you’ll be working with multiple stakeholders across the business.
- Fluency in English is required.
- The opportunities are based in Billund.
