A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Student Worker in our HR department, you’ll support HR Business Partners with a wide range of tasks - ranging from contributing to the annual HR cycle and preparing presentation and communication materials, to generating tailored reports and handling ad hoc assignments. You'll gain real-life exposure to a global HR function and support managers both in Denmark and internationally.

How You’ll Make An Impact

You'll become an integral part of our HR team and contribute to daily operations and ongoing projects. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • HR Business Partner Support: Support HR Business Partners with various tasks across the HR annual wheel, including coordination of key processes and initiatives.
  • Presentation & Communication Materials: Prepare presentations and communication content to support HR activities and internal decision-making.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate tailored reports and provide data insights to assist in HR planning and follow-up.
  • Ad Hoc Assignments: Assistance with drafting and revising HR policies and - processes.
  • Manager Support: Support managers both in- and outside Denmark, including use of HR self service.
  • Organizational & Event Support: Contribute to organizational changes and participate in events such as job fairs, onboarding activities, and internal HR initiatives.


What You Bring

  • You’re pursuing a Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a closely related field, or have a strong curiosity about the area.
  • You are a dedicated individual who is not afraid to contact managers and colleagues to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
  • You think analytically and feel confident using Excel to present data and map out processes.
  • You’re proactive, operationally minded, and eager to contribute your own ideas to improve HR initiatives.
  • You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with team members and support managers in their HR needs.
  • You’re open to learning and adapting, understanding that tasks may evolve and that you have the freedom to leave your mark on your work.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally in both Danish and English
