Imagine a workday that’s anything but ordinary – where your ideas are valued and your skills develop at every turn. As a Student Worker in our HR Department in Vejle, you’ll work closely with HR Business Partners on a variety of exciting tasks. One moment, you’ll be coordinating key elements of our HR annual wheel; the next, you’ll be transforming data into compelling presentations and communication materials in PowerPoint and Excel that truly make an impact.

You’ll have the chance to express your creativity and analytical approach by tailoring reports from current HR data, enabling leaders to improve decision-making. And it doesn’t stop there: you’ll tackle ad-hoc challenges that keep you on your toes, connect with managers both in Denmark and abroad, and gain valuable insights into how HR operates within a truly global company. This is your chance to learn by doing and make a real impact along the way.

How You’ll Make An Impact

You'll become an integral part of our HR team and contribute to daily operations and ongoing projects. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • HR Business Partner Support: Support HR Business Partners with various tasks across the HR annual wheel, including coordination of key processes and initiatives.
  • Presentation & Communication Materials: Prepare presentations and communication content to support HR activities and internal decision-making.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate tailored reports and provide data insights to assist in HR planning and follow-up.
  • Ad Hoc Assignments: Assistance with drafting and revising HR policies and - processes.
  • Manager Support: Support managers both in- and outside Denmark, including use of HR self service.
  • Organizational & Event Support: Contribute to organizational changes and participate in events such as job fairs, onboarding activities, and internal HR initiatives.


What You Bring

  • You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at a Danish university – we’re open to candidates from both levels, ideally with a focus or curiosity about HR.
  • You are a fast learner, eager to support Wind Power initiatives, and ready to embrace new challenges as they arise.
  • You have strong communication skills and are eager to guide and support managers in using the self-service portal effectively.
  • You have a solid understanding of data processing and the capability to navigate data sets, structuring and visualizing information in PowerPoint presentations.
  • You are proficient in advanced Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for creating pivot tables and charts, as well as PowerPoint and SharePoint for effective communication and presentation of data.
  • You’re fluent in both Danish and English, ensuring comfortable communication in a professional setting.
  • You’re curious, proactive, hard-working, and willing to explore new challenges, taking ownership of your tasks while being eager to learn through hands-on experience.
  • While you’re confident in working independently, you understand the importance of collaboration and are not afraid to seek support when needed.
