Student Assistant, Communications & Branding

About The Job

In this role, you can combine your studies with a meaningful student job where your creativity and ideas can make a real impact. As part of our collaborative and dynamic Communications & Branding team, you will support a variety of initiatives that strengthen our brand, enhance our communication efforts, and contribute to the team’s ongoing development.

Your key tasks will include:

• Collaborating with the Communications Manager to create engaging content for various platforms
• Providing graphic design support using tools like Adobe or Canva
• Assisting with social media management and audience engagement
• Supporting updates to our WordPress website (Elementor)
• Writing and managing English-language content for LinkedIn and our website to attract potential employees and customers
• Helping plan and coordinate branding events and fairs
• Assisting with ad-hoc tasks such as brochures, videos, and event invitations

Your daily work will be from our headquarters in Aalborg, John F. Kennedys Plads 43, with a flexible work environment. It is essential that you take care of your studies, which means we are flexible in exam periods and when facing project deadlines.

About You

We are looking for someone who is curious, creative, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with others, take initiative, and are excited to grow your skills in a real-world setting.

With the right balance of professional skills and a personal mindset, you will have a unique opportunity to grow and develop as a part of our team.

We welcome students from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Ideally, you:

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or recently started your master's in marketing, communications, or journalism, etc.
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
• Have a creative mindset and the ability to communicate compellingly in written and visual form
• Are motivated to learn and contribute to a team
• Are open to new challenges and adaptable in a dynamic environment

Experience with tools like Adobe, Canva, or WordPress is a plus, but not a requirement. We value your willingness to learn and grow.
