Position Summary
In this hybrid position, you will combine your competencies and skills for IT, with your interest in hardware, to give a full-solution approach. You will be part of the IT Applications team and provide service and support towards full-automated laboratory solutions, providing a varied and exciting everyday life. You will refer to "IT Application Team Lead" and work closely with a team of highly skilled colleagues covering laboratories and customers throughout Denmark.

The Opportunity

• Be responsible for providing best in class IT and technical support on fully automated laboratory solutions
• Middleware and network configurations.
• Plan and execute on-site training for both IT applications and instrument usage
• Cooperation with IT and medical technical departments, as well as internal Roche teams.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations, and always have patients in focus
• Scheduling and performing installation, preventive maintenance, and emergency visits to instruments (evening and weekend work may occur)
• Reporting of daily tasks in our CRM system
  
  
  

Who You Are

• Training as a Laboratory Technician, Biomedical Engineer, or similar relevant education
• An electronic or medical background is an advantage
• Experience with fully automated laboratory solutions, especially Inpeco Flexlab, is considered a great advantage
• Experience with, and or strong interest in the combination of IT and technical service and understanding
• Broad technical experience, preferably with IT skills and experience in troubleshooting and repair of complex problems. Knowledge of the laboratory world is also an advantage
• Speaks fluent Danish and English, and has good communicative skills
• Takes initiative, courageous and driven by making a difference
• Is team-oriented and can work independently and has the ability to deliver under pressure with many parallel ongoing processes
• Driving license in Class B. You must be willing to travel domestically
• Some travel activity associated with training and service visits should be anticipated

Du bliver en del af IT Applications-teamet, som består af et team af højt specialiserede og engagerede specialister, der arbejder tæt sammen om at supportere laboratorier og kunder over hele Danmark. IT-teamet er en del af “Commercial Chapter”, og du vil referere direkte ind til Teamlederen.

Dine opgaver

• Være ansvarlig for at yde den bedste IT og tekniske support på fuldautomatiserede laboratorieløsninger
• Middleware og netværkskonfigurationer
• Planlæg og udfør IT relateret træninger “onsite”
• Tæt samarbejde med IT- og medico-tekniske afdelinger, samt interne Roche-teams
• Etablere og vedligeholde gode kunderelationer, og altid have patienter i fokus
• Planlægning og udførelse af installation, opdateringer og forebyggende vedligeholdelse initiativer
• Rapportering af daglige opgaver i vores CRM system
  
  

Hvem er du

• Uddannelse som laborant,bioanalytiker eller tilsvarende relevant uddannelse, med erfaring indenfor biokemi.
• En elektronisk eller medicinsk baggrund er en fordel
• Erfaring med fuldautomatiserede laboratorieløsninger, især Inpeco Flexlab, betragtes som en stor fordel
• Erfaring med IT og med stor interesse og forståelse fori kombinationen af IT og teknisk service
• Erfaring med Middleware og forståelse for samspillet mellem applikationerne og instrumenterne
• Taler flydende dansk og engelsk, og har gode kommunikationsevner
• Tager initiativ, er modig og drevet af at gøre en forskel
• Er teamorienteret og kan arbejde selvstændigt og kan levere under pres med mange parallelle løbende processer
• Kørekort i klasse B. Du må være villig til at rejse indenlands
• Man skal forvente en rejseaktivitet i forbindelse med træning og kundebesøg.
• Aften- og weekendarbejde kan i sjældne tilfælde forekomme
