We are looking for an IT Security Transformation Lead with specialty in Security Advisory and management skills, guiding our customers through their IT Security journey and leading projects for both new and existing customers.

Your Responsibilities

You will help our customers discover their full business potential by leading the IT Security portfolio dialogue. With your interest in IT Security and your natural drive, you will understand the customers' value chain to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Bridging our strong IT Security specialists with customer decision-makers, business units, and product owners, initiating necessary assessments, ideation workshops, and strategic sessions.
• Help to develop and delivering plans to ensure the customers security road ahead, prioritizing with the customer, and engaging the IT Security organization.
• Interacting with customers at all levels and managing stakeholders and relationships internally at Aeven, with customers, and with IT Security providers.
• Taking ownership of writing proposals and collecting the effort required for the transformation journeys.
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and challenges in the cybersecurity domain, providing advice and solutions that add value to their business.
• Facilitating pre-sales workshops and creating presentations that attract customers and generate potential deals.
• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring they are aware of what we Aeven can deliver within the IT Security area.
• Ensuring involvement and communication at all relevant levels with the customer and internally at Aeven, aiming to build IT Security services and solutions that deliver according to scope and plan, creating the expected business value.

Your Qualifications And Experience

• IT Security Expertise: Broad understanding of IT security, staying updated with the latest technologies and methods, and applying this knowledge in a consultative selling approach to assist customers (Cloud, Zero Trust, ISO27xx, NIS2, DORA, CIS20)
• Project Management: Solid experience in leading projects, either agile or through classic project/program management.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage, lead, and advise customers and stakeholders through the process of assessing, designing, building, and validating new IT Security services and solutions.
• Business-Oriented Advisor: Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, helping customers with their IT security projects and understanding their business needs.
• Technical Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and changing market conditions.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify and solve customer issues with product or service offerings.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Workshop Facilitation: Experience in leading workshops and presentations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across functions, engaging relevant stakeholders.
• Independent and Driven: Strong personal drive and ability to work independently while ensuring project results through personal leadership.
