IT Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing our external IT service providers to ensure seamless operations and service delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong technical background.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external IT service providers and vendors
• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of IT services and solutions
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of external providers
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of services
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of IT services with business needs
• Prepare and present regular reports on provider performance and service delivery
• Provision, configure, tracking, and manage lifecycle of company devices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Proven experience in managing external IT service providers
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and services
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the Microsoft Cloud Environment
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

The position is full-time. Some level of Danish is preferred, but not a requirement.
