Business Transformation Manager, Purchase

The opportunity

In this role, you’ll be a permanent member of the Purchase Management Team and report directly to the Purchasing Director. As Business Transformation Manager, you will help steer strategic and operational initiatives across the department, from onboarding and governance to process improvements and cross-functional integration.

You’ll collaborate with teams across Europe – including Operations, External Trading, Settlement, CTS, DTP, and Local Sourcing – and help connect people, ideas, and outcomes. Your job is not just to manage projects, but to make change happen in a way that brings people with you.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Acting as a sparring partner to leadership and a trusted driver of change at all levels
• Managing and executing key projects from start to finish
• Supporting onboarding initiatives and helping define roles and core competencies
• Facilitating workshops and structured discussions that foster alignment
• Defining governance models and tracking progress on strategic priorities
• Improving processes, automating workflows, and helping define KPIs
• Engaging a wide stakeholder landscape to build trust and drive momentum

What We Need You To Have

• At least 3 years of experience in project and change management
• A background as a consultant or similar role involving organizational change is a plus
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (you know how to make insights land visually)
• Relevant education within business, management, or a related field
