Student Worker - Innovation

Job Description
Are you passionate about using your engineering skills, and innovative spirit to tackle meaningful challenges?

Danfoss HPP is looking for a student worker to join our Innovation team located in Nordborg.

In this role, you will support New Product Development and Technology projects to ensure timely delivery and high quality. You will become part of a diverse team of 14 people with various roles and areas of expertise.

Job Responsibilities
You will get the opportunity to take part in a variety of tasks. Your main responsibilities will, amongst others, include:

• Designing components, fixtures, and products to meet technical and project requirements.
• Supporting, planning, and executing laboratory testing of products.
• Analyzing test data and drawing actionable insights.
• Creating and maintaining clear and accurate documentation.
• Collaborating closely with engineers and other team members across functions.
  
  

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world challenges, values precision, and wants to make an impact through continuous learning and development.

Background & Skills
Preferably, You Have Completed a Minimum Of Two Years Of Your Bachelor's Degree Or Have Recently Started Your Master’s Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Or a Related Field. We Value That You

• Have strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Are thorough in your work, proactive, results-driven, and able to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
• Are curious and eager to gain knowledge and learn new things.
• Have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Have experience with CAD design software, especially Siemens NX.
• Have experience with MATLAB, data analysis, or similar tools (considered a plus)
  
  

You can work independently on assigned tasks and are open to taking on a variety of challenges. A workload of approximately 10–15 hours per week is expected, with flexibility during exam periods.
