To help us do so, we are looking for a dynamic, curious and creative Revenue Manager to aid us in this pursuit of commercial excellence, while further pushing the boundaries of our practice even further. For the right candidate, the role offers an attractive and exciting challenge in an ambitious and international environment, where we will support you on your own personal journey of growth and development.


This position is intended as a parental cover and will initially run until end of June 2026. There might be an opportunity to convert it into a full-time position, which is something that will be assessed at a later stage.


What the job is about

You will be part of a small, but agile team that consists of 4 colleagues that have many interfaces to the rest of the organization.


Your role will have a strategic dimension, but will also come with a very strong operational component. You will play a vital role in the topline optimization process of the hotels in our group with the goal of achieving total revenue targets and further drive business growth.


Examples of topics and discussions that your work will help influence:

  • Price and inventory management
  • Budgeting and forecasting of yields, volumes and total hotel performance
  • Price monitoring of competition
  • Development and implementation of revenue management strategies
  • Strengthening of the collaboration across teams
  • Promoting a strong performance driven culture

What do we expect from you?

As a Revenue Manager we expect you to have a data focused educational background, maybe within Economics, Finance, Statistics and/or similar.


Additionally, we also emphasize that you bring:

  • Good analytical and numerical skills and great commercial understanding
  • Prior experience within revenue management—preferably from the hospitality industry—will definitely give you an advantage, but it is not a requirement
  • The ability to work under your own initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Given our corporate language is English, we also expect you to be fluent in IT
