Project Coordinator
Flying Tiger Copenhagen

Are you passionate about getting things done and making processes work smarter? Do you enjoy working with people, juggling different tasks, and creating structure in a fast-paced environment? Then you might be the Project Coordinator we’re looking for!
As our new Project Coordinator, you will play a hands-on role in driving internal projects and process improvements across our supply chain operations. You will map, document, and refine operational flows, ensuring our business runs efficiently and effectively — both today and in the future.
You will be right at the heart of our Product & Supply team, working closely with colleagues across departments, asking the right questions, and creating solutions that improve how we work together.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate smaller internal projects within Product & Supply
- Drive continuous updates and improvements to operational processes
- Map, document, and analyze existing workflows across the supply chain
- Build and maintain coherent Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify process gaps and propose effective, actionable improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and secure alignment
- Manage multiple operational tasks and projects
- Support recurring process reviews and operational reporting
This is you
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and self-driven — and you naturally bring structure to complex operational tasks. You thrive in a hands-on role where you balance individual tasks with collaborative projects and where no two days look the same.
Most importantly, you bring energy, a positive attitude, and a natural ability to build strong working relationships across the business.
We expect you have:
- Experience with SharePoint and process documentation tools
- Interest or experience in BI tools and operational data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modelling, etc.)

We take climate change very seriously and work very hard to minimize our carbon footprint. We do this by buying less plastic and more renewable materials (everything which grows) – and we also want to make sure that all stores are run on renewable energy. We walk the talk – and make sure that what we do is validated by external experts, in the Science Based Targets initiative.
