In Investment Products & Offering, part of the broader Private Banking and Investments organisation, we provide the foundation for a highly competitive investment product offering for Danske Bank’s private and business customers across the Nordic markets. We constantly strive to enhance our customers' financial wellbeing by guiding them in wealth planning, anchored by sound investment concepts and recommendations that lead our clients towards reaching their long-term financial goals.
About Us
We are a Nordic unit comprising over 50 highly skilled and motivated investment professionals, organised into six teams: Investment Value Propositions, Investment Recommendations, Investment Products, Distribution & Sales, Investment Strategy, and Investment Tax.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Investment Product team in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will interact with many inspiring colleagues across Danske Bank, fostering both personal and professional growth. Our daily activities are marked by dynamic, challenging assignments and ambitious goals, all while working in a supportive and engaging atmosphere alongside colleagues who make work enjoyable.
We are looking for a driven, knowledgeable professional with a solid background in investments to deliver exceptional investment solutions in Denmark. Our diverse team spans Denmark, Finland, and Sweden, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
As our new Senior Product Manager, you will:

As our new Senior Product Manager, you will:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our Danish investment solutions. Your strategic vision will lead and contribute to projects executing on strategic initiatives and other efforts related to Investment solutions. You will:
- Design the strategy and target product offering for our Danish Investment solutions, including managed accounts Danske Porteføljepleje, Merchant Formuepleje and Puljeinvest.
- Lead the product development, implementation and life-cycle management to ensure a strong value proposition for our customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with market demand
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle tailored proposals in response to RFPs to enhance customer relationships and drive asset acquisition
- Support the training of advisors and contribute to internal and external communication efforts
We are looking for you with a proactive commercial mindset proficient at communicating with different stakeholders.
To thrive in this role, you should also have:
- A degree in business, finance, or a related field, or substantial work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in investment product management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, commercial elements, and customer journeys
- A proven track record of successful product launches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional Danish and English language skills, both written and spoken
