La Cabra is a modern coffee and bakery company that began its journey in Aarhus in 2012. What started as a small shop outside the city center quickly transformed into a dedicated team aiming to bring new and exciting taste experiences to audiences worldwide. Over the past few years, we have expanded our coffee horizons, moving to a brand new roastery in Copenhagen and opening our first international locations in New York, Oman and Bangkok.

Job Description

As a Wholesale Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator at La Cabra, you will play a key role in bridging our Sales and Roastery Production teams to ensure that every wholesale order is dispatched with precision and care. This position is the main link between our Wholesale department and our production team, supplying the La Cabra experience to customers in Denmark and internationally.

• Managing the daily dispatch of all wholesale orders placed via our Shopify web shop, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Preparing and filling out necessary export documentation, and liaising with customs and relevant authorities to facilitate international shipments.
• Managing and updating wholesale stock records and availability.
• Identifying and implementing workflow optimizations to support growth and efficiency.
• Maintaining daily communication with the Sales team to coordinate priorities and timelines.
• Acting as a customer experience ambassador ensuring our wholesale clients receive top-tier service and well-communicated deliveries.
• Supporting our production team during quiet dispatch periods by helping pack coffee, maintain a clean workspace, and contribute to a collaborative production environment.
  
  

Ideal candidate

• Brings experience from a similar role in wholesale dispatch and packing.
• Has a working knowledge of export processes and documentation.
• Feels confident managing stock and using digital tools like Shopify and Webshipper.
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and skilled at planning and prioritizing.
• Communicates clearly, proactively, and enjoys collaborating across teams.
• Can train others in dispatch procedures and delegate when necessary.
• Feels comfortable working hands-on in a production setting when required.
• Danish language skills are a plus but not a requirement. Especially useful for handling export documentation.
