We are looking for a new ambitious Group Financial Controller, to engage in our high-quality Group Reporting, with unique board-based opportunity

Our Group Reporting team currently consists of 5 people and we give the opportunity to take ownership of many different responsibilities and projects during our busy days and to have close contact to key decision makers in the Group.
What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Group Reporting manager in Denmark, you will be preparing and safeguarding the quality of our consolidated external reports and ensuring compliance with IFRS and reporting policies. You will also take part in updating and maintaining our reporting and compliance processes and manuals.

What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Group Reporting manager in Denmark, you will be preparing and safeguarding the quality of our consolidated external reports and ensuring compliance with IFRS and reporting policies. You will also take part in updating and maintaining our reporting and compliance processes and manuals.
Working from Hedehusene in Denmark, you will :
- be part of preparing the Group’s Annual Report, the quarterly investor announcements and other financial reporting sent to Management and Audit Committee
- help safeguarding the quality and compliance of the reports
- secure a smooth cooperation with our Shared service center in Poland
- be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance for the centralised process of preparing and filling the statutory reports for most European subsidiaries
- be part of preparing the financial reports for selected Group functions, this includes both monthly, budget and forecast figures through close cooperation with Group function management teams
- be part of enhancing the use of data and best-in-class tools to improve efficiency in the reporting processes
- work proactively with developing and improving reporting and reporting processes to match the changing environment in the Group
- counsel our finance organisations around the world regarding accounting issues, reporting, IFRS as well as other guidelines
- Ad hoc tasks
What You Bring
With your highly analytical and structured work style, you are easily able to manage different tasks simultaneously. You thrive with challenges and connecting data to performance, but you also have a good eye for the important details, as we are the last line of defence before publishing the Group’s reports.
Lastly, you have good collaboration skills as well as :
- Cand.merc.aud or similar – and 3-5 years of experience from a similar position or from an audit firm
- Have experience with preparing consolidated financial reporting, controlling and a basic knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
- Have experience with using IT tools and a well-rounded financial understanding
- Solid understanding of consolidated reporting and statutory accounts, as well as excellent planning, analytical and problem-solving skills including attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills and you are fluent in oral and written English, as this is our corporate language
