With the ongoing ERP transformation and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365F&O), DFDS is on a digital transformation journey across Finance and Procurement. Replacing all current ERP solutions with D365F&O across more than 20 markets and +100 legal entities is a key part of our ambition towards becoming a more digitized and standardized operator.
The Programme consists of five delivery teams, working in a multinational, inclusive and diverse team, having members across different countries such as Denmark, Poland, Türkiye and India.

About The Role
At DFDS, we are utilizing the whole Microsoft stack of products and technologies connected to D365F&O to the extent possible and in a growing variety of ways. The system landscape is complex with many integrations between D365F&O and operational systems, and we are now looking for two Technical Business Analysts, who will be focusing on enhancing our existing integrations as well as designing new integrations.
You will play a key role when delivering new projects and your responsibilities span across various phases of a project. You will also get the opportunity to build on your knowledge and learn from other skilled colleagues.

About The Role

Additionally, You Will
- Do process mapping and gap analysis
- Be actively involved in creating and reviewing system design
- Create and review data contracts
- Gather and document requirements from the business and translate them into user stories for the development team – both compiling detailed requirements for the integration components as well as corresponding requirements for the connecting applications
- Create and review test cases
- Conduct end-to-end testing of the integration components
- Manage stakeholders
- Create documentation of implemented solutions

To succeed in your new role, you will need to have:
- A proven track record of working with business processes, preferably within Finance, specifically Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash
- Min. 3 years of experience working with integrations and design, preferably via Microsoft Azure components and use of Azure functions, such as Logic Apps and Service Bus
- A holistic view across systems and applications with the ability to understand how one decision can impact the processes further down the line
- Excellent analytical skills and a technical understanding of how various applications interact
- Analytical, structured and systematic
- Thorough and precise in your work and take great pride in delivering high quality
- Self-driven
- Outgoing as a person and can interact with various stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable in presenting and facilitating workshops
- Experienced in working with agile projects or being part of cross-functional teams across multiple locations
- Proficient in English proficiency, both in writing and orally
