WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Provide on-site field support for our partners and direct Panasonic customers in case of technical problems.
  • Support new customers during the first pre-commissioning visit on-site to support the customer and guarantee correct system set up.
  • Participate in central technical support for the service-partner-network in the respective region and/or area, together with a Field Support Engineer.
  • Identify technical issues and develop solutions as the first level of escalation after the call-centre and service-partners.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Engineer for refrigeration/air-conditioning or building technologies, master craftsman refrigeration/air-conditioning, certified craftsman refrigeration/air-conditioning, or similar first work experience desirable
  • Experience in the heating and cooling field (eg: hydraulics, laws, norms)
  • Knowledge of English is advantage
