About the Role
As a People & Culture Advisor, you’ll be a key part of our Nordic People & Culture team. You’ll work closely with the People & Culture Manager and the People & Culture Advisor for Sweden and support both employees and managers in day-to-day HR matters. This role has a particular focus on Denmark, which means you’ll need a solid understanding of Danish labor law. You’ll help ensure smooth HR operations, a positive employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle, and contribute to building a strong and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support managers in recruitment processes, including interviews and reference checks
- Assist with onboarding and welcoming new employees
- Manage personnel administration, employment contracts, and employee records
- Support payroll administration and handle basic payroll-related questions
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related matters in Denmark
- Participate in global People & Culture projects and initiatives
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and internal guidelines
- Maintain and update employee and leadership handbooks
- Act as a culture ambassador and contribute to employee engagement and well-being
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a university degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Has experience in HR administration and basic payroll tasks
- Has good knowledge of Danish labor law and employment regulations
- Is structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded
- Communicates fluently in Danish and English
- Enjoys combining administrative tasks with collaboration and culture-building
