As social media & Influencer Manager, you will focus on developing and executing an organic social media strategy, fostering influencer collaborations, and building an engaged community across both D2C and B2B channels.

The role requires balancing high-quality, engaging social media content creation with effectively sharing brand messaging with retail partners, ensuring alignment across all customer touchpoints.



Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:

  • Develop and manage an engaging organic social media content calendar aligned with brand objectives, seasonal campaigns, and community interests.
  • Create and post high-quality, on-brand content for Meta, Pinterest, and emerging platforms like TikTok.
  • Adapt and package social media content for B2B audiences, ensuring compelling brand storytelling.
  • Develop and execute publishing plans for selected B2B/wholesale partners' social channels in alignment with the Liewood marketing calendar.
  • Maximize brand presence across partner social channels and ensure proper execution of campaign timelines.
  • Ensure timely delivery of social media content packages for retail partners.
  • Stay updated with social media trends to optimize engagement and brand visibility.
  • Influence content production, contributing to photo and video shoot plans for optimized social content.
  • Analyze and report on organic social media performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align organic social media with paid marketing efforts.



Influencer & Community Engagement:

  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with influencers to drive authentic brand advocacy.
  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand storytelling and seasonal launches.
  • Manage influencer gifting initiatives, ensuring strategic partnerships and budget adherence.
  • Foster an engaged online community of parents, caregivers, and retailers who champion our brand.
  • Support virtual and in-person brand activations, influencer events, and social media giveaways.
  • Own and maintain a list of key international press/media contacts.
  • Circulate seasonal press releases to key media contacts.
  • Partner with customer service to ensure a positive brand experience across all social interactions.



Objectives for the Role:

  • Grow Liewood's social media presence, engagement, and brand affinity.
  • Strengthen relationships with B2B retail partners by providing engaging, shareable content.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty through social storytelling and influencer collaborations.
  • Continuously improve content performance through data-driven optimization strategies.



Key Performance Metrics:

  • Engagement, reach, and audience growth across social media channels.
  • Maximized Share of Voice (SOV) in selected B2B/wholesale partners' social channels.
  • Secured key campaign activations across B2B/wholesale partner platforms.



What you need to succeed:

  • Strong content creation skills and a creative mindset
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small, passionate team
