Earlier this year, we merged our Global Supply Chain with our Distribution organization in Europe. As part of this change, we have established a new department called Supply Chain Excellence that will support the journey of implementing and developing global process standards and increasing the use of global systems. To support this journey, we have created two new global teams, where Supply Chain Development is one of them. As Head of the Supply Chain Development team, you will take an active part in driving results through global projects and initiatives while leading and developing the competencies of your team.
Shape the future of global supply chain processes
You will manage an international team of 6–10 experienced development managers based in Denmark, Sweden, the UK, and Germany. Your team brings a mix of long-standing expertise and fresh perspectives.
As part of our transformation process, a central part of your role will be to help build new, improved structures for project management, including frameworks for prioritisation, resource allocation and resource management.
Blend people leadership with hands-on project execution
You will lead a team engaged in global initiatives such as implementing standardised planning and distribution processes, integrating new business areas, establishing warehouses, enhancing systems, and upgrading system platforms. Beyond your leadership responsibilities, you will be actively involved in managing high-impact global projects within supply chain and distribution.

You bring solid experience as a project manager with a strong track record in leading people across multiple locations. Your ability to foster team cohesion remotely and navigate complex, international environments makes you a confident and effective leader. With excellent stakeholder management skills, you are comfortable in large, global organisations.

- Driving the continuous development of your team’s skills and capabilities
- Developing and maintaining structured project reporting for management and stakeholders
- Ensuring professional project execution in line with relevant standards (including ISO), from ideation to completion and handover, on time and within budget
- Standardising project documentation processes
- Establishing effective stakeholder communication frameworks
Extensive Supply Chain Knowledge And Experience Leading People Remotely
You bring solid experience as a project manager with a strong track record in leading people across multiple locations. Your ability to foster team cohesion remotely and navigate complex, international environments makes you a confident and effective leader. With excellent stakeholder management skills, you are comfortable in large, global organisations.
Your background includes
- A proven history of successfully managing global projects of varying scope, particularly within process and system development
- 5+ years of experience in project roles, preferably within a global MedTech environment
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, ideally including remote team management
- Broad supply chain expertise and a solid understanding of supply chain systems
- A master’s degree in supply chain management or a related field
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
