We are looking for a motivated and talented Student Assistant to join the Supply Chain Excellence and Insights team at WS Audiology. In this role, you will support a high-impact function that drives transparency, performance, and operational efficiency across our global supply chain network.

What You Will Do

As part of the Supply Chain Excellence and Insights team, you will work with colleagues across Denmark, Singapore, Poland, and other key locations to deliver meaningful business intelligence and performance insights.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards and performance reports using Power BI
• Contributing to data analysis that improves service levels and supply chain efficiency
• Participating in improvement projects aimed at increasing automation, reducing waste, and enhancing customer value
• Supporting Customer Service Excellence Journey in bringing new tools and processes to our customer support community
  
  

You’ll have the chance to engage with multiple parts of the business, including Service Excellence, Supply Chain, and commercial teams, and help ensure that our decision-making is rooted in clear, data-driven insights.

What We Are Looking For

Experience and education

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, IT, or a related field in Denmark
• Solid Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) and a strong analytical mindset
• Experience or interest in data modeling, Power BI, and database structures

• A curious and proactive attitude with a desire to continuously learn
• Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly
• Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Interest in supply chain strategy, process improvement, and performance management
