Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Programme Manager to lead the successful execution of several key workplace transformation initiatives, including Monterrey, Phoenix, Copenhagen, and London developments. This role is central to driving a holistic and structured approach to programme delivery across our global workplace strategy portfolio.
The Senior Program Manager will ensure alignment across workstreams, lead integrated planning, and coordinate strategic delivery in support of the LEGO Group’s long-term goals.

Core Responsibilities
The Workplace Location Strategy team leads the development and execution of the long-term growth plan for all LEGO locations. We drive projects from strategy and planning through to business case development and execution, creating workplaces that support the LEGO Group’s growth over a ten-year horizon. Collaborating closely with People Insights, Talent, Finance, and
Business Leadership, we ensure our locations provide access to diverse industry talent clusters, fostering innovation and enabling growth. By balancing cost, risk, market access, talent availability, and regulatory considerations, we ensure the right spaces are in the right places at the right time.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead Workplace Projects Drive execution of major workplace developments in Monterrey, Phoenix, Copenhagen, and London, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Programme Integration Develop and manage a comprehensive programme roadmap, coordinating timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.
- Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with key internal teams—including Finance, Project Management, IT, and Workplace Design—to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Strategic Execution Translate workplace strategy into actionable plans that support innovation, sustainability, and inclusion across global hubs.
- Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication, governance, and decision-making processes.
- Employee Experience Partner with the Workplace Innovation team to design and deliver best-in-class employee services and experiences across sites.
- Performance & Risk Management Implement governance structures and KPIs to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure programme integrity.

Do you have what it takes?
- Program Management & Strategic Planning Experience – Proven ability to lead large-scale infrastructure, workplace, or real estate programs within a global organization.
- Financial Acumen & Business Case Development – Strong experience in budgeting, financial planning, and developing business cases to support strategic investments.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership – Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse teams, including Executive Leadership, Finance, Workplace Operations, and external partners.
- Workplace Strategy & Transformation Expertise – Experience in workplace planning, real estate strategy, and optimizing environments for talent, sustainability, and efficiency.
- Risk & Performance Management – Skilled in governance, risk mitigation, and performance tracking to ensure seamless execution of complex programs.
- Must be willing to travel to other sites on occasion.
