Your role in our team
As our new Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to engage with both the Planning & Analytics and Materials & Processes departments, gaining valuable experience in analytical methodologies, strategy and operational planning, and process improvement. You will collaborate closely with colleagues on projects that focus on optimizing business processes, leveraging data-driven decision-making, and exploring the potential of AI and advanced analytics.
Your role will involve enhancing operational efficiency, providing analytical project support to ensure data-driven solutions, and supporting the implementation of cutting-edge tools and strategies. This dual role offers the opportunity to contribute to our technological and operational excellence while developing a broad, transferable skill set.

How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Conducting in-depth analyses to improve efficiency, performance and plan execution
- Optimizing operational planning processes across departments
- Supporting the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Driving or contributing to data-driven improvement initiatives
- Conducting analytical project support to ensure data-driven solutions
- Exploring and supporting the implementation of AI and advanced analytics in operations
- Driving cross-functional process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and sustainability
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement
- You are a student pursuing a Master's or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as industrial engineering, business analytics, mechanical engineering, or process management
- You are motivated by turning theoretical knowledge into practical solutions
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in process optimization and advanced technologies
- You are self-driven and resilient when faced with challenging tasks
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and have some experience with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, SQL). Familiarity with AI tools or methods is an advantage
