The Job
We’re looking for an Internal Sales to strengthen our commercial efforts in the Netherlands and beyond. From our HQ in Hadsten, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to customers across industries – from energy and marine to HVAC and industrial applications – supporting them with quotes, orders, documentation, and after-sales service.
Working closely with our Rotterdam sales office, you’ll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, driving commercial success, and ensuring that Hoyer continues to deliver service that exceeds expectations. You’ll travel frequently to Holland, giving you a chance to build international experience without having to relocate.

Your Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Serve as a key point of contact for Dutch and European customers
- Coordinate quotes, orders, and documentation efficiently
- Deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with our colleagues in Rotterdam and visit 6–8 times per year
- Act as the link between customers and internal teams in Denmark and Asia
- Support the external sales team with timely and accurate information
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and market developments
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery
- Contribute to sales growth through proactive and reliable support
Education & Experience
- Experience with international sales, customer service, or internal sales
- Background in B2B environments and a good commercial understanding
- Familiarity with Microsoft D365, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems is a plus
- Fluent in English – Dutch is a strong advantage, other languages (e.g. Danish, French, Italian) are a bonus
- Structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay focused and objective in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude
