The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Document Management Team. In this role, you will help develop a new SharePoint-based knowledge pool for our department and support daily document management tasks. Our team supports global projects by standardizing documentation and processes.
You will be part of a small, collaborative team of four and report directly to the Portfolio Documentation Manager.
If you are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in communication, Information Management, Information Science, or a related field, and you’re able to work 15–20 hours per week, we’d love to hear from you—especially if you enjoy structuring information and working with SharePoint.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Set up and maintain SharePoint project sites, libraries, and pages
- Manage access control for document management tools across projects
- Provide first-line technical support for document management tools
- Write user-friendly procedures and guidelines for end-users
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and documentation standards
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Communication, Law, Information Management, Information Science, or a related field
- A structured and self-driven mindset with strong coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
- Confident working with Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A curious mindset and a strong team player
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
