Do you have experience working with digital change management? Are you eager to leverage your skills in helping the Danish Red Cross drive the development and implementation of digital solutions for DRC’s international humanitarian work? We are offering an exciting role where you will play a leading role in the digital transformation of our international engagement in close collaboration with DRC’s Digitalization Department.

We are looking for a systems-savvy implementer with an analytical eye who can take the lead in driving digital transformation in DRC’s international department.

The international department’s approx. 300 staff support local Red Cross and Red Crescent societies in implementing humanitarian and development interventions in some of the most challenging contexts in 20 countries across MENA, Africa, Asia, and Europe.

The Global Digitalisation Advisor will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of DRC’s key international business processes over the coming years with an overall ambition to promote data-informed decision-making and action.

Key to the digital transformation is DRC’s new Power Platform-based digital solution, Globus, which will support our teams to better track progress, share information and conduct cross-cutting analyses on our international portfolio. The advisor will function as the Product Owner of the solution leading the roll-out of the first version starting in September and will be responsible for leading the continued development of the solution in close collaboration with the Digitalization Department.

Your Tasks Will Include

  • Driving the successful implementation of the current version of Globus in DRCs international work and leading the continued development of new iterations of Globus
  • Contributing to setting the direction and ambitions for the digital transformation of DRC’s international humanitarian engagement
  • Leading digital change management of DRC’s key international business processes
  • Continuous identification of digital opportunities and translation of business needs into digital requirements
  • Ensuring stakeholder management within DRC’s international department
  • Leading user testing of system interfaces and data visualizations
  • Developing training materials and conducting trainings in finalized system features and setups
  • Setting up portfolio-related analysis products based on system data

The Right Candidate Has

  • 5-10 years working with digital change management experience, preferably in similar organisations
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills related to user testing and conducting trainings
  • Excellent understanding for digital system and user interface and experience (UI/X)
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), Danish and/or French considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of DRC’s or similar humanitarian organization’s project/grant/information management processes considered an advantage

We offer

A permanent contract with full-time employment of 37 hours. The position will be based in Copenhagen. The position is a part of the International Department’s Humanitarian Policy & Analysis Unit.

Salary and employment conditions will comply with Danish Red Cross’s collective bargain agreement with HK and AC depending on your experience and qualifications.
