Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President of LEGO Education.

This role is key in managing the President's schedule, driving efficiency while informally helping to guide and improve processes among our awesome team of Executive Assistants.

Core Responsibilities



  • Executive Support Be the go-to person for the President and key stakeholders by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel plans.
  • LE LT Support Help keep the LEGO Education Leadership Team (LE LT) calendar organized, set up meetings, and create agendas for extended meetings.
  • Communication Liaison Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed towards the President.
  • Office Management Oversee administrative processes, with occasional management of supplies, PO creation and maintain organized documentation for executive level activities.
  • Process Improvement Spot opportunities for better ways of doing things across the Executive Assistant team and share your ideas to boost efficiency.
  • Project Management Jump in on special projects including event planning, making sure everything stays on track and deadlines are met.
  • Meeting Coordination Get LE LT and other exec level agendas ready, (at times) take notes during meetings, and follow up on action items from meetings with the President and other leaders.
  • Team Collaboration Be an informal mentor for the group of Executive Assistants, encouraging communication and teamwork on shared projects.
  • Confidentiality Handle sensitive info with care and keep things confidential—always.
  • Reporting Put together reports and presentations as needed, ensuring everything is clear and accurate.

Do you have what it takes?



  • Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a large corporate environment, ideally supporting one or more senior executives.
  • A knack for suggesting and implementing process improvements within the team and across the organization.
  • Stellar organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Great communication (proficiency in English) and people skills via virtual connections, in writing or face to face.
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem solver who can anticipate issues and is motivated by finding solutions in challenging situations.
  • An interest in organizational culture with motivation to contribute to a positive workplace environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to create efficiency in output. Experience with project management tools, AI and Workday is a plus (but not a must).
