Job Description

We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for a dynamic individual to contribute to the success of our Nordic region. The role guides the Business Unit’s Commercial Planning processes and provides valuable insights to optimise consumer sales, helping us achieve its strategic objectives.

Core Responsibilities



  • Coordinate the Commercial Planning cycle for the sales team by running monthly processes, establishing clear briefs, and identifying risks and opportunities using CTM (Commercial Target Management) and TPM (Trade Promotion Management) tools and dashboards.
  • Support in the development of the Business Unit (BU) annual Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) with valuable insights and drive its execution through in year monthly processes.
  • Own the preparation and execution of the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process, ensuring plans remain active throughout the execution year.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure all are prepared to achieve strategic priorities, engaged with deployments, and maintaining high data quality in planning tools for effective analysis.
  • Participate in the Sales Assumption Review (SAR) meeting to promote commercially aligned monthly planning.
  • Support the creation of Commercial Selling-In Materials and develop Nordic-specific presentation decks to improve engagement with retailers.
  • Promote local initiatives to ensure Sales teams utilise tools consistently, working closely with Super Users and relevant Product teams
  • Handle Customer Pulse and Confidentiality to address internal and external needs as well as other ad-hoc commercial deployments.
  • Assist in the execution of key RCD priorities in partnership with Revenue Management, Portfolio, and Category teams.

Do you have what it takes?



  • A proven record of business performance in commercial roles, with a current understanding of the retail and channel landscape across Western Europe, particularly in Nordics.
  • Experience working in a large international manufacturing organisation or large retail environment, with strong expertise in establishing sales processes and governance practices.
  • Proven commercial competence that demonstrate a growth strategy enabling the delivery of structured deployments and effective solutions to sales teams.
  • A strategic mentality with the capability to engage and influence multiple partners across various functions and levels.
  • An in-depth analytical approach with a high proficiency in systems and tools, with the ability to build efficiencies for others and garner support for initiatives that provide solutions.
  • An ability to work 3 days from our office in Billund (2 days from home)
