Formalize is on a scaling journey with significant traction across Europe. In four years, we grew to 150 employees. As our new Head of Brand Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle significant challenges to help us become a category leader.
Expectations for our new Head of Brand Marketing
Over the next couple of years, we expect your team to grow from 3 to between 5 and 12 people.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments with tight deadlines and a strong focus on execution. In this role, you'll need to be resourceful and pragmatic—able to figure things out independently and make things happen. Our Marketing team plays a critical role in supporting Sales, which means we're highly performance- and data-driven in everything we do.

Responsibilities
You will be joining our company of 140+ people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organization from the start.
- Build, own and grow stellar performance for our newsletter and organic SoMe channels
- Build, own and grow our compliance content engine localized across key markets (a lot of technical content as well)
- (Potentially: Build, own and grow our field marketing muscle)
- Leading and expanding your team to ensure that deliverables and key objectives are met on time, meeting all expectations.
- Know what good looks like. Help us execute successfully on high quality campaigns and projects efficiently.
- Help us find out how we can become recognized as leaders in the market - and doubling down on what works.
- +4 years of experience in marketing leadership roles in SaaS companies
- You have experience holding a managing position in a fast-scaling organization
- You have managed both smaller (2-4 employees) and larger teams (8+ employees)
- You are a data-driven manager and thrive in a performance-driven culture
- You are strategic in your approach, and have a flair for the commercial side of the marketing equation
- You have an in-depth understanding of marketing including topics such as brand, project coordination, and content production
- Professional fluency in English
