About The Team

Are you interested in learning more about the intersection between law and finance and are you a law student with strong attention to detail and a proactive work approach? Then you might be the perfect candidate for our position as Legal Assistant (SW) in Clearhaus. With this position we offer great development opportunities and hands-on experience with complex tasks within the legal area of the payment industry. If this sounds interesting you could very well be the one we are looking for to lift and assist our Legal Team.

What your work will look like:

  • As our Legal Assistant (SW) you will get extensive experience with our legal obligations to the Danish FSA and general financial legislation along with insights into anti money laundering.


Your core tasks are:

  • Assisting with handling debt collection- and bankruptcy cases
  • Answering internal inquiries regarding legal matters
  • Preparation of legal documents
  • General assistance in the team where it is needed


What you need to be successful in this role:

  • As our new Legal Assistant it is important that you enjoy research and immerse yourself in topics that require a sharp legal focus. You take pride in being precise and well formulated in writing in both Danish and English. Most important of all, you are eager to learn and to become independent in the tasks assigned to you. But don’t worry - we will make sure you are ready first.


Specifically we are looking for a candidate that meets the following requirements:

  • You are at least on your third semester of your bachelor’s degree in law or commercial law
  • You are professionally skilled, detail oriented and thorough
  • You speak and write Danish and English fluently
  • You are well organized, service oriented and proactive
  • You are eager to learn more


Please note that we will not sponsor your visa or relocation, and you must have a valid work permit for Denmark to be eligible for this position.
