COWI experiences an increased demand for its services and delivers substantial results. This enhanced role in the market generates a consistent stream of large and complex projects, necessitating extra business support.
Procurement in COWI is overall responsible for the process of sourcing goods and services from Suppliers, and applying comprehensive Sustainable Procurement measures to COWI’s supply chain. Monitoring, measuring and reporting Procurement activities and deliverables is a vital role to ensure compliance with COWI's Supply Chain.
We are looking for a student assistant who can support supply chain data analysis, procurement KPIs reporting, and identifying potential improvement opportunity for procurement operational reporting and analysis. You will primarily support our procurement analyst and work together with a group of skilled procurement professionals. Your working hours will be between 15 hours to 20 hours per week.
Your main tasks will include:
- Actively assist Procurement Analyst on maintaining Procurement KPI dashboard and other relevant reporting
- Perform data analysis and improve data quality for COWI supply chain data
- Potentially identify improvement opportunities for procurement operations and reporting

Furthermore, we believe you bring the following qualifications:
- Currently pursuing studies in economics, finance, mathematics, supply chain, or a related field, with a strong interest in procurement.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with databases or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
