We are looking for a Head of Talent & Performance to build, lead, and scale our global approach to talent and performance. In this newly established role, you will develop and drive strategies that strengthen capabilities, empower careers, and future-proof our organization across markets, cultures, and business units.

- You’ll lead a small, dedicated team and together drive strategic projects that make a measurable difference.
- You bring solid experience in leading talent, performance, or organizational development from large, global environments.
- You have a strong track record of turning business challenges into end-to-end talent strategies that drive real impact - from workforce planning and career development to succession and leadership development, helping build future-proof organizations where people and performance thrive.
- With a strategic mindset and strong conceptual thinking, you set a clear direction that drives both immediate results and long-term transformation.
- You thrive in an international setting, navigate cultural differences with ease, and stay ahead of global talent trends, workforce diversity, and evolving business needs.
