Job Description: Are you a self-starter and want to create value for a global company in a new role? We are currently looking for a highly motivated Supplier Contract Manager based in Copenhagen to join the global Satair Product Management team. What the job is ... The main focus of this position will be on the supplier business of Satair related to products and services in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. In addition, the position is aimed to support any contract-related activity, e.g. drafting and updating contracts, supporting the evolution of Satair’s Terms & Conditions, improving our processes or participating in other projects. The position is new, and you will therefore take an active part in creating and forming the way we will be working with contracts in the future. Your main responsibilities:
- Drafting new contracts in support of business requirements
- Manage contract lifecycle, from the internal validation and archiving to the implementation and follow-up, as e.g. amendments, renewal and termination, as well as disputes
- Manage the Supplier contracts for Satair in compliance with our processes and policies and while minimizing our risks
- Assist internal stakeholders in the Satair organisation by providing guidance and ensuring compliance on contractual topics
- Liaise with Legal, Product Management and external supplier stakeholders in support of contracts/agreements
- Improve the digitalization of general contracts lifecycle management within Satair
- At least 3 years of experience in an international commercial contracting or legal environment, or another relevant role
- At least 2 years of experience in drafting and/or negotiating commercial contracts in English or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Danish, US and/or UK law would be an advantage.
- Preferably a degree in Law, Business, Finance, (Aerospace) Engineering or equivalent
- Ideally a high degree of aviation business understanding
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Customer minded with a strong intercultural understanding
- Diplomacy, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management
- Able to reach agreements on a non-confrontational win-win basis

- Ability to participate and contribute to transversal, international projects and company targets

- Professional level of discretion, keeping confidentiality of contractual matters
- Solid skills in Google Workspace are a plus, mandatory expertise in contract management functionality (editing, tracking/managing revisions,etc)
