What You'll Be Doing

We are a fast-growing B2B fintech company specializing in account tech solutions that empower businesses to optimize their financial operations. As a leader in the industry, we aim to drive measurable impact for our clients. To fuel our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a data-driven and innovative Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Hacker to help us 10x our lead generation results and expand the growth hacking culture across the company.

The Role

As the Digital Performance Marketing Manager, you will be the key driver of our lead generation strategy. This role demands a mix of creativity, technical skills, and a relentless focus on results. You will work closely with the COO, the head of Sales and Account Management to design and execute scalable marketing digital campaigns that attract, convert, and retain high-quality leads.

You will directly oversee key areas in digital acquisition, SEO, SEA, CRO, lead nurturing and overall performance analytics

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to exponentially increase lead generation through innovative, data-driven, and cost-efficient methods.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Own the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads), SEA, and social media.
  • Experimentation & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimize landing pages, forms, A/B testing and funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Analytics & Insights: Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel) to track campaign performance, generate insights, and iterate quickly to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Deep familiarity with growth principles, from funnel optimisation to growth loops
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, Locker Studio, Google Optimize, Hotjar, HubSpot, Google Ads, and advanced Excel or analytics platforms.
  • Data-Driven: A strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive actionable strategies.
  • Growth Hacking Mindset: Deep familiarity with growth hacking principles, from funnel optimization to viral loops.
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate across teams.
