GANNI IS LOOKING FOR A FRENCH-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE PART-TIME (2-3 DAYS/WEEKLY) COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN COPENHAGEN
Your Mission & Responsibilities Ahead Of You
We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Coordinator to join our B2C Customer Service team. In this role, you’ll be helping us deliver a first-class experience to our e-commerce and in-store clients. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers and work closely with our 3PL partners and internal teams.
This is a part-time position based at our Copenhagen office, with working hours between Monday and Friday, 9:00-17:00 CEST. We’re looking for someone who can be in the office 2-3 days per week, with the flexibility to take on a few more hours during peak seasons or holiday coverage.
Besides taking responsibility in our daily operations, you will play an important part in driving the service area forward as our business continues to grow. You’ll play a key role in building trust with clients and ensuring an exceptional experience by delivering service with dedication and care. To succeed in the job, you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment. You can make decisions on the fly, handle difficult situations with professionalism, and stay calm in challenging situations. You’re naturally service-minded, have strong communication skills, and are confident working independently.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for e-commerce and in-store customers, by handling inquiries via phone and email with professionalism
- Closely collaboration with our internal teams, including digital, retail, tech, and finance
- Manage the coordination of deliveries, returns, and special client requests in partnership with our external warehouse
- Ensure exceptional service for all B2C clients, helping drive the growth and success of our retail and e-commerce operations
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- A professional and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to manage client inquiries and issues with clarity, empathy, and a focus on solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and French
- A good technical understanding and ideally experience working with order management and ticketing systems (experience with Zendesk is an advantage)
- Previous experience in a global work environment and within client services is an advantage
- Knowledge about GANNI and our products
