As the Director of Product Management for Peakon, you will lead a global (EMEA, US, India) high-performing team of product managers, championing their development and empowering them to build world-class employee listening capabilities that integrate across the Workday suite. This team is driven by a passion for user-centric innovation, product excellence, and making a measurable impact in the workplace.
About The Role
You will be accountable for the product vision, strategic roadmap, execution, and overall business success of the Peakon product line. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, go-to-market, and customer success teams to deliver outcomes that advance our mission and delight our customers.
You are a strategic and empathetic product leader who thrives in high-growth, complex environments. You balance data driven decision making and visionary thinking with disciplined execution. You have a deep understanding of B2B SaaS, ideally with a HR tech or employee experience focus.

With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. About The Role

About You
You bring:
- A proven ability to define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives.
- A customer-obsessed mindset with strong product intuition, user empathy and a passion for solving real-world problems
- Deep expertise in building scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS products, ideally with AI and data-rich experiences.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and scaling product teams to achieve impactful outcomes.
- An ability to influence across functions, with strong storytelling, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to travel to EMEA or international PM locations for collaboration and team building.
- 7+ years experience building high-performing teams and driving product outcomes.
- 2+ years experience leading and developing senior-level ICs and leaders (managers of managers) to build and scale large, impactful product organizations.
- 12+ years experience defining and executing product strategies for complex software products or platforms, with demonstrated success in conceptualisation, delivery and support of software solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a Master's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to foster Building Trust at a leadership level, creating a reliable and collaborative environment within product teams and with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding of Business Mindset and the ability to align product strategy with the company's overall business strategy and financial objectives at a departmental level.
- Strong Decision Making skills in complex product and strategic matters, balancing various factors and communicating effectively to leadership and teams.
- Proven ability to effectively apply Evangelism to communicate product vision and value to internal and external stakeholders, building enthusiasm and alignment at a broader organizational level.
- Experience with Workday or other HCM systems, or in the HR tech, employee experience or people analytics space is highly preferred.
- Experience with cross-product integration strategies and ecosystems, and machine learning/AI-driven products is advantageous.
