Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you’ll be responsible for evaluating user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform rules and standards. Your attention to detail and sense of responsibility will play a key role in protecting users and promoting a healthy digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate text, images, videos, and links to verify alignment with community standards
- Apply moderation policies consistently and impartially across all content types
- Manage user appeals with transparency, professionalism, and empathy
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure adherence to regulations and best practices
- Observe user trends to detect risks and contribute to a safer platform
- Provide feedback on tools and processes to improve moderation efficiency and effectiveness
- Proficiency in Danish (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B1 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
