About Us
Our mission in the Wealth Planning & Investments Tribe is to make investing simple and accessible for our customers, equipping our advisors with the tools to provide outstanding investment advice. In our team for Pension Offerings, we work hard every day to give our customers the most compelling pension experience possible.
Our structure includes cross-functional and cross-located Squads/teams, and you will become a central contributor as a senior developer in your squad. Additionally, you will participate in Chapters, where peers in similar roles exchange ideas, collaborate, and grow professionally. Your contributions to both Squads and Chapters are essential in driving our operational excellence and innovative approaches.
About The Role
You will join an experienced and highly skilled team that maintain and develop advanced advisor facing solutions. Your main responsibility will be backend mainframe development, using PL1/COBOL and DB2. We are committed to modernising our tech stack and you will also work on API development, integrations and setting the direction for the future solutions.

- Have solid experience with mainframe systems (e.g.PL1, COBOL, CICS, DB2).
- Write clean, testable, well-documented, code that is easy to maintain and extend.
- Use your expertise to help us modernize our solutions.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Put the team first and use your skills to complement your colleagues.
- Are good at sharing knowledge, listening to colleagues, and is open to learn.
- Communicate effectively and are fluent in Danish and English.
